We do get very busy over the summer so it is best to book in early, especially if you require a bouncy castle on a weekend or bank holiday. If you make a booking and change your mind we don't charge any cancelation fee as long as you can give at least 24 hours notice. No notice is required for cancellations due to bad weather.
What do the prices include?
All the prices displayed on the website include local delivery and collection of the bouncy castle. All castles come with crash mats, a blower, extension cable, safety pack and RCD.
When are your castles available?
We hire bouncy castles all year round, 7 days a week. However we don't provide any outdoor hires from 1st November - 1st March.
How long will I have the bouncy castle for?
A standard hire is for 7 hours. If you book on our website you can select the time you would like the bouncy castle delivered and again for the collection time
Often we can provide overnight hire for an additional fee of £25 but it depends on bookings the following day. Please enquire should you want an overnight hire.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposits are required when hiring one of our castles. Although if booking online you can pay a deposit if you wish to.
How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay by cash when we deliver the castle. You can also mail us a cheque in advance of your booking or pay by debit / credit card via our online payment gateway. We can not accept cheques or card payments on the day.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know in the event that you don't need the castle. If you let us know the evening before or sooner then there is no cancelation fee.
Can you set up on driveways, gravel, decking or concrete?
Sorry on outdoor hires we can only set up on grass. This is due to anchorage, on grass we use metal stakes to secure the bouncy castle but on a hard surface this is not possible. To meet health and safety guidelines we would need to use a metric ton of weight spread over the 6 anchor points to secure the castle, so for practical reasons this is not possible. We can set up most places indoors
I need the bouncy castle set up on a slope. Is this possible?
This will depend on the gradient of the slope, as long as it is only a slight gradient there shouldn't be a problem. Legally we are unable to set up a castle on a gradient of more than 5% (1 in 20).
What if there is bad weather?
Most of our castles have a shower cover so if the weather is varied on the day they are still OK to use. However if rain is persistent or there are strong winds then we will contact you to arrange another date / cancel your booking.
How much space is needed?
We will need a clear route of about 3 feet wide to deliver the castle. When set up the castle will require 2ft of clearance on either side and 10ft at the front.
Please make sure all dog poo, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
At busy times we are unable to wait for the area to be cleared as we will have other deliveries. Therefore, so not to disappoint other customers, we may have to return at the end of the deliveries to set up your castle.
I don't have side access to my house, can you deliver through the house?
We can but we would need to wheel the sack truck through the house. We can't be held responsible for any damage caused whilst doing this .
How long will it take for you to set up the bouncy castle?
It usually takes less than twenty minutes to set up and inflate the bouncy castle and a little longer to deflate and pack up. However times do vary depending on the size of the castle.
How much electricity does it use?
We use efficient blowers that use 1.5kw of power. This works out at between 15p-25p per hour of use for most clients.
